Agreement to Terms
By placing an order for any product on this website, or by installing, using, or operating any product purchased from us, you (“Customer,” “You,” “Your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, Use & Liability Waiver (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not place an order, install the product, or otherwise use it.

Product Description & Intended Use

  • The products sold through this website are aftermarket motorcycle electronic accessories (e.g., rider-assist / cruise-control modules).
  • Products are designed for installation on compatible motorcycle models only, and must be installed in accordance with the official installation instructions provided.
  • The product is provided as-is, “with all faults,” and without warranty of any kind, except as expressly provided below.

Acceptance of Risk & Assumption of Risk by Customer
You acknowledge that:

  • Motorcycle operation inherently involves risks of serious personal injury or death.
  • Use of aftermarket control devices may increase such risks.
  • You assume all risk of injury, loss, or damage, including to yourself, passengers, property, or third parties, arising out of the installation, use, or misuse of any product purchased from us.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that the product is compatible with your motorcycle, for proper installation, and for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safe-riding practices.

No Warranty; Disclaimer of Liability

  • EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, Speed Lock, LLC makes no warranties — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, or safety.
  • Speed Lock, LLC does not warrant that installation will be error-free, that the product will meet your expectations, or that it will perform without interruption or malfunction.
  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, in no event shall Speed Lock, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, suppliers or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, personal injury or death, property damage, or third-party claims) arising from or related to use, misuse, installation, or failure of the product, even if Speed Lock, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction where limitation or exclusion of liability for personal injury or death is prohibited, then liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Installation & Use Conditions; Warnings & Safety Instructions

  • You agree to follow all installation instructions and operating instructions provided with the product.
  • If a part fails, malfunctions, or you observe any unusual behavior: you must immediately discontinue use.
  • The product is not intended for racing, off-road competition, or illegal modification of the motorcycle unless explicitly stated.
  • You acknowledge that improper installation or misuse may result in loss of vehicle control, personal injury, or death — and you accept those risks.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in a state or federal court located in Williamson County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be struck or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Speed Lock LLC regarding any product purchased or used through this website, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements (oral or written).

Changes to Terms
Speed Lock, LLC reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the product or website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
